Has anyone developed a tolerance to oral meds to the point where they used to  help erection but don’t anymore. Maybe because the problems gets worse with age.  I noticed if I take something any med that the affects decrease with continued  use and sometimes become useless. This worries me because I’m 24 and need viagra  before I even think about sex. Or what about any permanent side affects from  long term use like blindness depression n anxiety or  insomnia.

  1. Viagra became less effective for me over the long term. I started taking Viagra as soon as it first came out (2004), which was just in time for me because my potency was steadily going downhill.
At first about a third of a 100 mg pill gave me a really spectacular erection. Gradually, my response got less and less. By last year I was using 100 mg with so-so results. At that point I switched to trimix, which is much more powerful. So was I bulding up a resistance to Viagra, or were my underlying problems getting worse? There is no way to know. Probaly it was some of each.
